From 2019 to 2021, I managed digital marketing and online support for Ellis Falls Country Music Group, focusing on their social presence, event promotion, and overall brand presentation. During this period, the band maintained active Facebook and Instagram profiles, promoted live shows, and drove fans toward their website and booking channels. If you scroll back through their 2019–2021 content, you can clearly see a step up in how the band is presented and how actively fans were engaging with the posts compared with later activity.

Long‑Term Support and Overhead
The initial agreement covered both my time and the recurring costs of necessary third‑party services. When the client stopped honoring the payment agreement, I continued funding those platform and overhead expenses out of pocket from 2021 through 2023 to avoid disrupting their online presence. Ultimately, I had to discontinue services when it was no longer sustainable to carry those costs on my own.
